Part 2: things to consider before you hire a wedding photographer
I am writing one more time in continuation to my previous post.
I really want to thank all the people for showing up their support/opinion/curiosity.
Most of the things included In this blog are answers to those only, which are,
1. How bad are the grains in the album?
- I understand that grain is an integral part of an image. But to what extent ? I am attaching few reference images ( 1 in color, 1 in b/w)
please have a look at them and lemme know if they please you.
I am also attaching the response from our photographer when asked for the same.
2. Didn't she sent a preview of the album?
-She did provide a low version of the same. Where one can hardly see minute things like grain.
3. Are all the pictures distorted with similar intensity?
-No.
All the product images are very good but human images are mostly distorted. As it was a people's event not a products event, it Can't be considered as desirable to anyone as per me.
4. Did she not consider or worked at all on the problems you had?
-Well, I would prefer you to see it yourself. "snapshot attached"
Before writing this one I thought, why am I writing this, telling it to people aloud; I am angry of course but I have the option to let it go as already our money, time, occasion is gone. Writing about this won't give me anything tangible.
But somewhere I want it to be heard for a better reason.
It's really intriguing and saddening to find people who are working for people but have no worth of them.
I just want people to understand that Your presence should intensify the worth of your work... Don't make it smaller with your own big self-worth.
Thank you for taking your time out and reading it :)
Picture 1 and 2 are taken directly from the printed album.
You can see the intensity of grains in both, coloured as well as b/w.
Please let me know if they look fine to your eyes.
Picture 3 is in reference to point no.1, the reply I got from Our photographer when asked about the grain quality.
Picture 4 is in reference to point no.4. In response to our dissatisfaction with the distortion and clarity.
